How to install lightning tower

1： If you bought the lightning tower, you can ask the manufacturer for instructions. If you are cheap, you can refer to the standard atlas. The weight of lightning protection tower is generally saved by 300kg for two, 600kg for three, 870kg for four, and 1200kg for five. Generally, the equipment of lightning protection tower is lifted by carrier vehicles and cranes from foundation construction to tower erection, which can save labor and time and speed up the project progress. However, this can only be done in the place where the environment is good and the vehicles and cranes can enter the equipment site. So how to finish the artificial equipment of the lightning tower when the vehicles and cranes can not enter the equipment site? In practice, there are many cases, such as the mountain area and the places with poor environment can not use the vehicles and cranes to lift the construction. Here is how to finish the artificial equipment of the lightning tower.
1、 Personnel arrangement: 1. Foundation construction: 1 person for concrete mixing and pouring, 4 workers for manual work.
2. Manual equipment: one rigger, two scaffolders and five manual workers.
3. On-site treatment: one person with skills.
2、 Construction items:
1. Foundation construction: two single-wheel or two-wheel concrete trucks, six shovels, two pickaxes, one sledge hammer and one iron drill.
2. Manual equipment: two hand board hoists, one 3-minute steel wire rope of 30-60m (matched with the hand board hoist), two one-ton fixed pulleys, two steel wire buckle rope locks, five 6-minute steel wire ropes (40m each), two pine poles of 4-6 meters（ Ф 8~18cm monotonous and not stale), a number of No. 8 railway lines.
3、 Construction
1. Foundation construction: generally, the foundation of lightning protection tower is described according to the number of sections of lightning protection tower, the embedded parts and the depth of the foundation, and then the appropriate things and workers are selected according to the site practice to carry out the foundation construction. The curing period of concrete is more than one week.
2. Artificial equipment: equipment for lightning tower can be used after the concrete curing period. Firstly, the supporting lightning tower suitable for the embedded parts of the foundation shall be manually transported to the foundation site, and the construction of artificial equipment shall be arranged by professionals.
4、 Manual equipment method (holding pole method)
1. Preparation and fixation of the holding pole: fix the one-ton fixed pulley to the top of the pine pole 4~6 meters (holding pole) with the No. 8 iron wire, and then thread the hoist rope of the hand block to the fixed pulley, together with three pull ropes at the top of the holding pole for the vertical of the holding pole, and the scaffolder will fix the holding pole vertically at the tower foundation for the manual lifting of the lightning protection tower.

The lifting man fixes the lifting rope and hand block, arranges three people (manual workers) to manage the three pull ropes and adhere to the verticality of the holding pole, and two people (manual workers) to tie the lifting rope to the lifting part of a section of lightning tower for hoisting, and then bolts a pull rope together to adjust the orientation of the lightning tower when lifting the lightning tower. At this time, a section of lightning tower can be hoisted manually. The crane operator controls the hand hoist to lift it. When a section of lightning tower is vertical, the adjusting force operator butts the lightning tower and the embedded parts of the foundation. After checking, immediately use the prepared bolts to fix it, until this section of lightning tower equipment is completed.
