General requirements for tower installation

1. The tower body installation shall meet the following conditions:
(1) The design documents have passed the joint review;
(2) The foundation has been accepted;
(3) Complete components and pre assembly records;
(4) Construction machines and tools are complete, and engineering technicians and on-site operators are in place;
(5) Before tower installation, the supervisor shall review and approve the construction organization design or construction scheme and safety measures of the Contractor. The plan that does not meet the requirements shall be ordered to be re prepared or modified.
2. The tower body must be installed to ensure the stability of the structure and avoid permanent deformation.
3. Before installation, the incoming components shall be checked according to the component list and installation arrangement diagram (or number), and the quality certificate and design change documents shall be checked. It shall be carried out according to the pre assembly qualification record, and forced assembly is strictly prohibited,
4. Check whether the tower root opening is equal to the foundation root opening.
5. During installation, its perpendicularity shall be verified at any time. The deviation between the actual axis of the erected tower and the designed axis shall not be greater than 1/1500 of the tower height, and the local bending shall not be greater than 1/750 of the measured length.
6. The supervisor must check the clearance of the tower installation according to the design documents, and supervise the construction company to ensure that the tower installation process, tower body perpendicularity and tower center axis inclination meet the engineering design requirements and relevant specifications for tower installation.
